FAQ`s

The section contains answers to frequently asked questions of our customers. The information provided will allow you to more consciously approach the choice of ultrasound equipment, save money and time.

Ultrasonic cleaners

Are you sure they are the same? If so, then you may be able to save on your purchase. But what will you do if it breaks? How is the warranty enforced? Are you sure you will receive spare parts quickly, if at all? Even if spare parts are available, they need to be adjusted and calibrated after installation. Only the manufacturer can do this.

Our experience says that in the event of a breakdown, Chinese equipment is usually thrown away due to the impossibility of repair or its impracticality.

Dip a 10 micron thick foil into the liquid and turn on the ultrasound. In our cleaners, the foil is perforated evenly over the entire area in 5-6 seconds. In quality ultrasonic cleaners, the foil should perforate in less than 10 seconds.

This is only possible if the cleaning solution or cleaning technology is incorrectly selected.

If the foil is destroyed in a few seconds, then the ultrasonic cleaner will wash away any dirt 100% in a minimum time with a properly selected cleaning solution.

It is impossible to judge the effectiveness of an ultrasonic cleaner by its declared power. Firstly, this is power consumption, which does not guarantee good transfer to the load (liquid). Secondly, the power delivered to the working volume of an ultrasonic cleaner must be optimal for the specific parameters of the liquid (temperature, density, level) and the location of the parts to be cleaned within the volume. If the optimal power is exceeded, a significant part of the energy will be used to heat the emitter itself instead of cleaning the parts in the solution.

Ultrasonic homogenizer

No. The waveguide is made of titanium. All tubes are usually made of stainless steel. In some cases, we also use titanium or fluoroplastic tubes.

Yes. To do this, we design the homogenizer design in such a way as to eliminate the risk of a spark getting into the solution or its vapor, install water cooling, and provide for working with solutions with temperatures over 100 degrees.

Our practice has shown that it is possible to obtain emulsions with particle sizes up to 10 nm. We are force ultrasound specialists, not your industry's chemists, biologists or technologists. That is why we are always open to conducting tests, so that you can see the results for yourself and decide on further actions.

A laboratory submersible homogenizer is most effective when working in volumes up to 300 ml and with a container diameter close to the diameter of the waveguide. In industrial models, you can pump any volume of liquid in a duct, but here you need to determine the flow rate at which you are satisfied with the result. Based on this data, you can further scale the system.
